Our team has over 50 years of student, market-rate, and fraternity/sorority management. BMOC is an IREM - based property management company. We embrace and support IREM's process of property management and adhere to their code of ethics. All Property Managers with BMOC earn their ARM – Accredited Residential Manager certification and are given the first opportunity to do so within their first year at the company.
Investment groups we have worked with include: Capmark, Trammell Crow Company, MetLife, Principal Financial Group, GE Capital, Northwestern Mutual, Goldman Sachs, and Burkshire Hathaway.
BMOC and our management team have over 300,000 bed experience of managing privately held student housing investments. President and CEO William J Levy, CPM was the vice president for publicly traded REIT when they built a 50,000 bed portfolio of 5000 employees, of which Goldman Sachs and GE. Capital were two of the main partners in this investment. BMOC is an experienced property management company that specializes in managing various types of properties such as conventional apartments, workforce housing, student housing, and condominiums. Our team is diverse, with employees ranging from MBA-educated professionals to individuals holding high school degrees, each bringing unique talents to serve our customers. In addition to our people, we have a robust digital marketing and maintenance department, and we've formed a relationship with a vending firm. Our company also owns a large training center in Wisconsin Dells that can accommodate up to 45 people. This facility is not only used for our educational training and manager meetings, but it also serves as a classroom to teach the IREM-based ARM class, where employees can then earn their ARM certificate.
