Rowan A. Sbaiti - Real Estate Analyst

Mr. Sbaiti has been with BMOC since 2006. Prior to joining BMOC, he interned with Alshall Construction Company for six months in Dallas, Texas, where he was involved in a variety of new developments. While in Dallas he also interned at Romana Investment Group as a bookkeeper for one year. He is currently a Real Estate Major at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and expects to complete his B.B.A. in May of 2009.

Mr. Sbaiti specializes in comprehensive market analysis of student housing markets alongside other Real Estate students from the Chancellor’s Commission on Greek housing. His work was recently presented to Greek alumni boards. His current duties include demographic research, market analysis, and financial proformas. He is also a resident manager. Mr. Sbaiti understands the value of customer satisfaction and its importance for repeat business and longevity with clients.
