Steven R. Saffian, Ph.D. - National Director of College & University Relations

Dr. Saffian serves as the liaison between BMOC and the colleges and universities where we work, developing and maintaining a strong partnership with our client institutions. He was an Assistant Director and Director of Student Housing at Long Island University and at the Pratt Institute. He is an Emeritus Associate Dean of Students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has over 38 years of student affairs and student housing experience. He is nationally known as a leader and innovator in the field of student personnel services, having developed program models in campus student information services, private/public off-campus housing relations and visitor services. Dr. Saffian is the recipient of several awards for outstanding achievement in student services and has authored a number of articles in his field.
