William J. Levy, CPM - CEO

William J. Levy CPM has spent over 25 years in the field of property management. He has managed over 100,000 leases all across the country and 75,000 beds. He has taught for The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Business Outreach. He is on the National Faculty for the Institute of Real Estate Management where he is ranked by students in the top five percent of evaluations based on national evaluations for instructors. He has lectured all over the country as well as locally for the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Iowa Realtors Association, Des Moines/Iowa City Apartment Finder, as well as the Wisconsin Apartment Association. He has also taught for the Madison Apartment Association and The Wisconsin Board of Realtors.

B.M.O.C. Inc is a Madison based student housing management company that has operated in Madison for over 25 years. He is the president of  B.M.O.C. a firm that assists local small colleges, national fraternities, sororities and student co-op in the business planning and management of their communities. This program has been very successful in assisting communities that are experiencing financial stress. BMOC has successfully rebuilt over 12 organizations and their physical structures in the past 15 years. One of the buildings is an original Frank Lloyd Wright structure. He also is an investor and principal as the National Senior Vice President of Campus Advantage based in Austin Texas. He has held positions with College Park Communities as National Vice President of Employee and Customer Development a GHM Inc. company with responsibilities that extend all across the country. Mr. Levy has specialized in a banquet of investments that included, High Rise Mixed-use buildings, Student Garden Style Apartments, Military Housing and Conventional Apartments. Mr. Levy has reviewed portfolio’s over four billion dollars of value and looks for additional value in existing or new communities. His additions have added millions of dollars of value into existing portfolios. His portfolio provides many services to the customer as example food service, weekly housekeeping, maintenance, fitness centers, tanning centers, indoor gyms, indoor pools, computer rooms, curbside move ins, and full concierge services and masseuses. Service is a strong part of what he believes is the future of apartment management, “developing a life style, not just a place to live”.

Mr. Levy has been active in the community. He ran for the 79th District State Assembly seat. He is past member on the Board of Directors for ApartmentRenting.com, which is a national renting service that allows a prospect the ability to make applications as well as lease on line. In the past, he was involved in the Madison Area Convention and Visitors Bureau holding positions like the marketing board for the Taste of Madison. He has been an active member on The University of Wisconsin Chancellors Commission on Fraternities and Sororities for Greek Life, and a member of the Inter-fraternity Alumni Council where he volunteers as a local advisor for A.E.Pi. Mr. Levy was a board member of KRS Marketing where he developed marketing ideas for the campus area business. Mystical Fortune Magazine and Lets Move apartment guide were products of their work.

Mr. Levy has won over four national awards from I.R.E.M. in contests on marketing and manuals. He was a past president of the Madison Wisconsin chapter where he represented the Madison Chapter for over seven years as the President of the local IREM chapter that represents over +15,000 apartments and commercial real estate projects in the southern half of Wisconsin. While in college Mr. Levy won national awards in the field of Marketing. He is the founder of Senior Summer School Inc., which enables senior citizens to attend college classes during the summer months using apartment, dormitories and conference centers that were vacant or under utilized during those particular times. He is considered a leader in the field of real estate management marketing. He also has national responsibilities in the area of Revenue Enhancement, thinking of new ways to generate revenue streams in the existing portfolio. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a double major in Marketing and Marketing Education. He continued graduate work in the field of Marketing in the area of Consumer Behavior. He has completed all levels of certification that the Institute of Real Estate Management offers making him an executive CPM. He has a balance of education and experience to make him an extraordinary real estate professional.
